SBC Holiday Schedule and Tax Time

Have a safe and happy season.  Keep focused on your business and the aftermath of Holiday Spending!!!!  We’ll pay for it down the road!!!!  Also, time to start thinking about your 2009 taxes (should be all year as we know), so starting getting everything together.  If you don’t have an accountant, it’s time to start interviewing.  Did I say interviewing – yes – I did…

An accountant or bookkeeper is an important part of your business.  Just don’t take the first one in the phone book or the one that answers the phone….  Make sure they are a right fit for the type of business you’re in.  Ask  questions about your industry and make sure  personalities fit.  This is an important relationship for you and ensuring there’s a fit will save a lot of time and effort down the road.

Obviously, we all use cell phones now.  Even me!!!!  I’ve upgraded to one of those smartphones, but only use the phone and voicemail.  Maybe I’ll venture out soon and get my emails this way too….
